Past Event: #steakmaestro Chef Chris Wade at Shangri-La's Le Touessrok
Chef Chris Wade was back in Mauritius for a series of dinners. Chris is the Executive Chef at Melbourne's Steak Ministry Bar & Grill.
In conjunction with Shangri-La's Le Touessrok, Chris ran a #steakmaestro pop-up in November 2018. Guests had the choice of an à la carte menu or a 5 course dining experience.
Chris showcased premium Australian meats (Wagyu, lamb, kangaroo), native products and a selection of charcuterie and other amazing offerings from his own #steakmaestro range.
Audacity Wines supported Shangri-La by providing the wines and suggesting wine pairings from 1st to 8th November 2018.
