Returns Policy

Audacity Wines is passionate about the quality of the wines, spirits, sake, ciders, soft drinks and Le Verre de Vin wine preservation systems (“goods”) from our partners and we take our customer service just as seriously.

Quality Issues

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from Audacity Wines, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.  We will replace the wines or refund your money, whichever you choose. 

Breakages

Breakages are not common but can occur.  Before signing for the delivery please check for spillage, breakage or incorrectly delivered goods.  Once the delivery has been signed for, we will not be liable for any spillages, breakages, non-conformity or shortages of the goods ordered.

Please immediately advise the delivery carrier of any issues.  You should not take ownership of the goods or sign for the delivery if you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods.  The delivery carrier will notify us of any issues.  We will arrange for the damaged consignment to be returned to us and will resend a new order.  This will cause an unfortunate but inevitable delay in the fulfilment of your order.  We will replace your order as quickly as possible and free of charge.

There can sometimes be delays between the occurrence of the breakage and when we are informed of the issue.  If you have received a delivery which is clearly damaged or has not been received within the specified timeframe, please get in touch with us directly – see below for contact details.

Incorrect Orders

If you have received the wrong goods, e.g. chardonnay instead of shiraz or the incorrect number of bottles, please contact us immediately so we may rectify the problem – see below for contact details.

Returns

Where goods are to be returned Audacity Wines will arrange to collect the goods from you at a mutually convenient time.  All we ask is that you keep the goods in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of them.  The goods must still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and not damaged.  The goods should be returned in their original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to Audacity Wines.

Refunds

If a refund is deemed appropriate, Audacity Wines will process the refund of the price paid for the goods within 10 days of return of product.  The refund is for the goods only and does not include delivery charges.
