A blend of 52% Mataro and 48% Grenache, grown on Whistler’s Heysen Estate Vineyard using organic practices. 

Pretty pink in colour suggesting that there is some sweetness in this wine.  Aromas of strawberries and cream jump out of the glass.

This off-dry rosé has loads of fresh raspberry and strawberry flavours on the palate.

A perfect match to spicy food.
