A surge of fresh and vibrant fruit rises from the glass at the first swirl.  Candied lemon, apple, passionfruit, rock melon and sweet grass intermingle on the nose. 

Light bodied and refreshing, the palate boasts notes of kaffir lime, honeydew melon, and wild herbs with a crisp acidity that leads to a dry finish.

The abundance of enlivened, juicy fruit is the focus of this lithe and bright white wine.
