Chef Chris Wade, the Executive Chef at Melbourne's Steak Ministry Bar & Grill, is at Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel in Caudan Waterfront from 23 November to 1 December 2018.

Chris and his team will be showcasing premium Australian meats (Wagyu and lamb) and other amazing offerings from his own #steakmaestro range.

Audacity Wines will be supporting Chris by providing the wines for the lunch and dinner buffets at Brasserie Chic and the wine pairing dinner at Yuzu.
