Past Event: #steakmaestro Chef Chris Wade at Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel

Chef Chris Wade, the Executive Chef at Melbourne's Steak Ministry Bar & Grill, was at Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel in Caudan Waterfront from 23 November to 1 December 2018.
 
Chris and the Labourdonnais team prepared extensive lunch and dinner buffets using premium Australian meats (Wagyu and lamb) and selectes products from his own #steakmaestro range.

Audacity Wines supplied the wines for the lunch and dinner buffets at Brasserie Chic and the also the 5 course wine pairing dinner at Yuzu restaurant.
