De Bortoli Melba Vineyard is only made in exceptional vintages and 2018 is one of the finest vintages of Cabernet we have seen in recent years. Warm growing season, even ripening, mild and dry autumn, lots of tannin development.

Bright, deep red with purple edges. Dense, mineral scented, blackcurrants, cedar wood and tobacco.

Good intensity and persistence, silky with beautifully balanced tannins.
