Handcrafted in a single small batch and aged in a French oak pinot cask. This complex gin has a striking pink glow, a sweet and earthy palate with an incredibly smooth and delicate finish.

Pronounced botanicals include juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica and citrus. It is fantastic neat, on ice or ideal for any gin based cocktail.
