Red Wines

We have chosen our portfolio of red wines from many of the premier wine regions across Australia, focusing on the best terroir and climate for each grape variety.  These include:

• Full-bodied, fruit driven Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro and excellent blends of these varieties from Kaesler, Tscharke and Whistler in the Barossa Valley;
• Cool climate Pinot Noir from Shaw + Smith in the Adelaide Hills, Yarra Yering in the Yarra Valley, Tolpuddle in Tasmania and Larry Cherubino in the Great Southern.
• Refined and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon and classic Bordeaux style blends from Cullen, Howard Park and Woodlands in the world famous Margaret River region;
• Italian and Portuguese varieties, such as Graciano, Montepulciano, Tempranillo and Touriga Nacional from Tscharke and also the stunning Mazza Cinque blend;
• The MadFish range offers soft, fruit driven styles, ideal for drinking now; and
• For a full flavoured sparkle, try Best’s Sparking Shiraz or Whistler’s Sparkling Merlot.
