A classic Barossa shiraz.  Deep red with an inky black hue. Fermented and stored in 70% American and 30% French oak for twenty months.

Aromas of dark plum, coffee and black pepper. The palate is rich and voluptuous, with the classic blue fruits and smooth silky tannins. 

Sweet peppermint-cream and ripe plum flavour make for seductive drinking. Notes of candied orange and wood smoke compound the impression.

This wine has great capacity to age and will continue to soften and develop more secondary fruit characters.  Cellar until 2025.
