This is the first Amber wine made by Cullen Wines. It is a blend of 64% Semillon and 36% Sauvignon Blanc from Cullen’s certified Biodynamic vineyards.

The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red.  This results in a complex wine with many layers.  

Golden in colour, a very complex bouquet already with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey.  

This wine has a textured and concentrated palate with great length and persistence.  Flavours of figs, dried pears, cream, orange and gentle saltiness on the finish.  

Give it time to breathe and serve only very slightly chilled i.e. treat it more like a red wine.
