A unique and engaging style of whiskey, made from a base of local malted and unmalted barley, along with native Weeping Grass, creating a whiskey unlike any other in terms of taste and character.

Intense cereal characteristics and apricot kernel from the Weeping Grass mingle with caramel, toffee and toasted malt from the traditional grain.

Rich and creamy with a beautifully balanced French oak influence and a fresh red berry character. Apricot kernel, stone fruit and spice give way to earthy, almost ginger, character.

Beautiful long finish, including notes of dried apricots and spice.
